On the other side, a webpage of Google states that walk-in services are available for damaged Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL. But sources close to the company disclosed that teams are working on the page, which means the information on the webpage may not be completely true.

Users in the US of damaged third generation Google phones can ship them out. After that, it may take around 10 days to get back the phone in its actual shape. To allow Google to start the repair process, phone owners need to provide their device’s IMEI number.
Google had started the mail-in repair services for Pixel phones in September 2018, a few days before releasing Pixel 3 and 3XL.
